Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, but moved to Dix Hills, Long Island, just before her last term of junior high. Her sister is younger of Gregory and also has an older brother named Evan. At the age of 9 till 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment by modelling. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The process took approximately three years.
